Refund / Return Policy:

All Custom Cake orders are non-refundable.  We want you to be a "raving fan" of our DQ Cakes.  If for any reason you an unsatisfied with your purchased DQ cake please talk with a member of our management team at the pickup location of your DQ Cake. 

All DQ Cakes must be kept in the freezer until serving time.  DQ cannot be responsible for cakes left out of the freezer.
